rejected

from all four of my remaining colleges. i should have expected the four emails from harvard, stanford, brown, and princeton, each explaining to me how exceptional i am and that there was a record pool of applicants and that even though i was not chosen from this pool, their school's loss was another school's gain... even though i resent having wasted hours of time that could have been spent elsewhere, i appreciate the encouraging tone of each of the rejection emails.

one great thing about being completely and utterly refused an ivy league undergraduate education is that now i know that i am - fo sho - a baylor bear!
